Shipping policy

We are a small social enterprise and not a machine like Amazon. Usually we fulfil orders within 1-2 days. On occasions it might be slightly longer.

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and Hermes to ship all our items depending on size and weight. Shipping folded maps or books within the UK is now charged at a flat, subsidised rate of £1.50 – to keep our products affordable. You can opt to pay the standard price if you like. Returns must cover the cost to post the item back, and our postage costs will be deducted from the refund unless the good was faulty. (See refund policy).

If you received a fulfilment email "Your order is on its way" then your item is in the post. If it has not arrived in 1-2 days, please get in touch and we can chase with the relevant service. shop@urbangoood.org. Thank you.
